griculture Minister Honourable Alfred Prospere announced on Monday, July 31st 20203, that the Government of Saint Lucia is addressing food security concerns. The Minister’s statements follow the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministries of Agriculture of Saint Lucia and Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. According to Prospere, the two islands will cooperate and increase trade in foodstuffs.
