Delan Edwin and Naomi London will compete in the men's and women's 200 meters, respectively. Luc Chevrier will represent Saint Lucia in sailing, and Jayhan Odlum-Smith will compete in the 100-meter Butterfly and 100-meter Freestyle.

David Christopher, the President of the Saint Lucia Boxing Association, will serve as Chef de Mission, assisted by Lisa Joseph, the Saint Lucia Athletic Association Assistant Secretary. Saint Lucia Yasmin Tyson, is the only swimming official from the OECS at the games this year.
