Rufus Evans is reportedly the son of Rufus “Brico” Stephen, who was fatally shot in February of this year.

Addressing the press this morning, Prime Minister Hon. Philip J. Pierre is appealing to the populace to assist the Police in their investigations. “Policing is a difficult job. The police tell me that there is knowledge in the streets as to every crime that is committed, but the people are not coming forward,” Pierre revealed.

The police have launched a toll-free crime hotline, 555, for citizens to anonymously provide the police with leads to aid in the solving of crimes. The island recorded three homicides over the weekend.
