It is the Falcons' first CPL championship, bringing the 2026 tournament to a dramatic conclusion in Barbados.

Jamaica, batting first, posted 170 for nine, largely through an outstanding 114 from opener Maaz Sadaqat.

Sadaqat struck eight fours and nine sixes from 58 deliveries, but received limited support from the rest of the batting order.

Falcons bowler Sufyan Moqim played a decisive role, taking four wickets for just 14 runs and earning Player-of-the-Match honours.

Antigua and Barbuda then made light work of what appeared to be a challenging target.

The Falcons reached 173 for two in 16.4 overs, completing the chase with 20 balls remaining. Amir Jangoo finished unbeaten on 57, while Hasan Nawaz contributed an unbeaten 47.

The result represents a significant achievement for one of the CPL's newer franchises and crowns Antigua and Barbuda champions after a tournament in which several established teams failed to reach the final.

For Saint Lucia, the tournament ended earlier after the Saint Lucia Kings failed to advance to the playoff stage.

The conclusion of the CPL will now turn attention toward the lessons from the Kings' 2026 campaign and preparations for another attempt at the regional title next season.
