Minimum wage 2.—(1) Subject to subsection (2), the minimum wage is —
(a) one thousand, one hundred and twenty-six dollars per month; or
(b) six dollars and fifty cents per hour.
(2) The minimum wage under subsection (1) does not include other remuneration that an employee is entitled to, such as —
(a) payment for overtime;
(b) a share of service charge;
(c) a commission;
(d) a bonus; or
(e) profit sharing.
