During the operation seven (7) Warrants to Search Premises was executed in multiple locations in the Dennery Village and Dennery Valley.
A Warrant to Search Premises was executed on the premises of Lucien Polius alias “Smoke Run”, during the conduct of the search officers recovered a quantity of Cannabis, Cannabis Resin and Cannabis Wax. Lucien Polius and Lucianna Harry, another occupant of the premises was arrested and subsequently charged for the following offences;
. Possession of Cannabis Resin.
. Possession of Cannabis Resin with Intent to Supply.
. Possession of Cannabis
. Possession of Cannabis with Intent to Supply.
Another Warrant to Search Premises was also executed on the premises of Brian Snagg alias “Blanc” of Dennery (originally of Faux A Chaux, Castries) during the search officers recovered one (1) Luger pistol, seven (7) rounds of 9mm Ammunition and a quantity of Cocaine. Brian Snagg was arrested and charged for the following offences;
. Possession of Firearm
. Possession of Ammunition
. Possession of Cocaine
. Possession of Cocaine with Intent to Supply
The defendants, Lucianna Harry and Lucien Polius were both presented before the First District Court for bail purposes and were granted bail in the sum of four thousand ($4000.00) dollars each on the various offences.
The defendant Brian Snagg was presented to the First District Court and granted bail in the sum of twenty-five ($25,000.00) for the offence of Possession of Firearm, ten thousand ($10,000.00) for the offence of Possession of Ammunition, two thousand ($2000.00) dollars for the offence of Possession of Cocaine and two thousand, five hundred ($2500.00) for the offence of Possession of Cocaine with Intent to Supply to Another and other court conditions.
