Batting first, Saint Lucia posted 129 all out with Edward top scoring with 50 off 66 balls, with 6x4; the only player to reach double figures. Skipper Afy Fletcher was Grenada's leading wicket-taker, claiming 6 for 25 (10 overs) to give the visitors lots to ponder in this gripping challenge. Britney Pascal with 3 for 22 (8) and Rackel Williams 1 for 17 (4.3) were also among

the wickets.

At the mid-way stage, Saint Lucia had to dig deep to put up a determined fight that catapulted the 'Spice Islanders' into a tailspin. Grenada responded with a paltry reply of 108 all out that involved Rachael Francis 28 (60) 1×4, and Cassie Williams 14 (28) 1x4.

Edward was again in the reckoning as she bagged 3 for 12 (4), while Nerissa Crafton chipped in with 2 for 15 (4), and Selena Ross, Qiana Joseph, and captain Zadia James took one wicket each.

Team Saint Lucia played unbeaten in the tournament, having won their home games in the preliminary round matches at the Daren Sammy Cricket Ground [DSCG], before travelling to Grenada for the finals.
