n the morning of August 9th 2023, the body of a lifeless man was found in his hotel room in a popular resort in Soufriere. The identity of the non-national has not yet been released by law enforcement. According to initial investigations, his passing is being classified as a suicide.

The news of the tragic incident has shocked resort staff and community members alike. According to reports, the man and his wife were scheduled to leave the island on Tuesday, August 8th 2023, but extended their stay for one more night.
