At the time of writing, the head is missing and the man remains unidentified by law enforcement. As such, the RSLPF is making an appeal to the Saint Lucian public to help identify the deceased.

 Crime Scene Investigators reported that despite combing the crime scene thoroughly, the deceased’s head was not found. “Upon arrival at the scene, the Officers proceeded to an open area grassy area with a few cedar trees. There they observed the lifeless body of a male individual lying on his back with his head completely severed. A thorough search of the area and its vicinity was conducted searching for the head of the individual but to no avail. The body was subsequently pronounced dead on the scene by a medical practitioner,” an RSLPF release disclosed.

The Police are pleading with the public for their assistance. “The identity of the male individual is still unknown at this time. This matter is actively being investigated. Further updates will be provided as the investigation progresses. The Royal Saint Lucia Police Force is pleading with anyone who may have information about this latest homicide to come forward and speak with us. Anonymous tips can be provided at the number 555.”
